Jimmy has repaired our washer multiple times and every time he does a fantastic job. Always friendly and always willing to answer any questions that we have. Every time we need a repair, we hope he's the one that's going to come because we know what to expect.

My appointment was kept pushing to a later date, saying part would not arrive in time for appointment. The part came 6 days before the latest date that my appointment was moved to. I do praise that your web site let me move my appointment to the day after I received the part. Overall the experience was a good one.

lorenzo was very efficient! he had my part in the truck , so was able to fix my washing machine on the same day as his first visit. This was so important and that I use my washing machine so often like everyone else.
