Improve communication
Kenneth did a great job. The improvement that is needed for this service includes: 1-being able to call a number to speak to a live person 2-being notified on the day of the service with updates on the time of arrival. I signed up for text alerts and received none the day before and the day of the service 3- using artificial intelligence is not helpful for the customer
