He was friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly. Unlike the process of trying to get him out here. I received the part, scheduled the appointment and the system closed it out. It took hours to reschedule. Your AI needs some tweaking. Should have the option to talk to a human.

I recently had my washer repaired by Sears Home Services. The technician was prompt and experienced. The only problem I had with Sears Home Services was trying to contact them. I needed to speak with a human, but could never get passed the virtual assistant. I realize they are trying to be efficient, but an option for human interaction needs to be available to customers.
