I don't usually do these surveys but Sergio was Fabulous!! I was very impressed by his thorough job with my dryer. He helped me understand exactly what he was doing during the process and I like how informative he was when he was finished, as well as, knowledge with what I can do to keep my appliances clean. Great customer service is few and far between these days and that's why I felt inclined to express my gratitude. Thank you so much, Sergio!!

My Sears technician Patrick was very proactive in establishing communication regarding the timing of his visit, if the parts had arrived for my washing machine, and his time frame for arrival. He also notified me of any changes in his arrival time. The service was completed in a timely manner and he cleaned up the area after he completed the repair.
