This was one of the BEST repair experiences I've had. Robert was on time, professional and fixed the problem while providing some advice for prevention. I'd use them again and definitely comfortable recommending them. Five Stars !!!!!

Our first technician (Michael) misdiagnosed our item's fault codes and ordered the wrong part, forcing us to wait almost 2 weeks for another technician (Willa) to come out to replace the part the first technician (Michael) ordered. It turns out that the first technician (Michael) had misdiagnosed the problem and Willa had to order the correct part, causing us to wait another week. Then, Willa came out and knocked out the repair in short order. Willa was awesome!

James worked methodically to isolate cause for the reported leak, but found no trouble. He explained the 30 day warranty and how service call billing for same issue would be waived if leaking again. My only complaint is not about the technician but the AI assistant being the only option to talk to A&E. It made many mistakes and when needed a human point of contact should be made available. Change that and I'll consider signing up for appliance maintenance.
