Professional, knowledgeable, honest.. I had a $25.00 coupon, he entered the code , but it gave a response it was expired. But the website had an expiration of 6/30/2025. Wasn't his fault. I tried calling but your AI phone wouldn't connect me. That is why I chose you. Disappointed 😞

Nicholas faithfully kept in touch with us throughout the odyssey of ordering and (finally!) receiving the parts necessary to repair our washer. Unfortunately the Sears AI chat/text system sent us contradictory updates that our parts "would not arrive in time," even after the parts had, in fact, arrived! We were unable to correct that erroneous "parts will not arrive" message but Nicholas contacted us to confirm that he had learned the true status and was on his way to repair or washer at last. We are very grateful for his and other "live human" efforts.
