Bill was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Problem with washer (does not agitate and water leakage). He informed me of what could have possibly been the cause of the washer malfunction and next steps to take if the problem occurs again. When he left the washer was working.

Trevor showed up late due to road construction on the road we live on. First thing he said was sorry I'm late which I fully understood. Looked at our washer, gave us an hinet quote and recommended replacement. Kudos to Trevor for a great service call!

Kyle came to my home twice. First time was to diagnose a problem with my washer; which required replacement parts. Kyle ordered the parts and scheduled my follow up appointment for the parts installation. Both times, Kyle was polite, professional, knowledgeable and treated my laundry room as if it were his own. He even offered education on routine maintenance for me to keep my machine running smoothly. He was thorough and efficient. He explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand.
