Even through the AI mixups and cancellations from 6/8 - Logan reached out and spoke to me personally about the AI scheduling issues and provided his best efforts to correct the service appointment and make "stuff" happen!! Logan is an excellent service tech and all around great guy!

The appointment was scheduled with in a few minutes . I was given a heads up phone call before the tech arrived. The tech was friendly and professional. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Charles and Brandon were great. Explained everything. Charles priced it out for me. They were thorough and efficient. Would request them next time. Hate the AI generated fake person to make appointment. Took to long and had to answer the same question multiple times. Give it an F. Go back to real people who give great customer service as you had in the past.
