He is the best
Jimmy has repaired our washer multiple times and every time he does a fantastic job. Always friendly and always willing to answer any questions that we have. Every time we need a repair, we hope he's the one that's going to come because we know what to expect.

My appointment was kept pushing to a later date, saying part would not arrive in time for appointment. The part came 6 days before the latest date that my appointment was moved to. I do praise that your web site let me move my appointment to the day after I received the part. Overall the experience was a good one.

Vonzell was able to identify the issue quicky along with the requisite part to order. Evidently, the machine was old enough that the part was discontinued so opting for a replacement washer which was fine with me. Appreciated the prompt response and best effort for a fix.
