Ronnie came promptly, and delivered the sad news about our 23- year-old washing machine (cost as much as a new washer to repair) in a non-jusgemental way that allowed us to make our own decisions, which I appreciated very much. Happy with the service, although not with the demise of our Old Faithful Whirlpool.

The tech was very professional but unfortunately it's not worth fixing :( it will cost more to repair and cheaper to buy new one.

Though he was not able to fix it, the technician was very helpful and walked my wife through the issues with the washer. Even though it is relatively new, the estimate to repair was greater than the replacement cost. So instead of wasting our money, he suggested a new washer.

Perfect experience with Walton.
