Timely arrival before 5 o'clock, examine the machine in a little time found the problem right away. Give me a quote on how much it would be but I told him we were just gonna have to do diagnostic today cause I had to wait till I get my paycheck next July 3 Very kind understanding.

Dimitrii is a great technician. He knows his stuff and gave me helpful hints to keep my machine working well However Sears service in general sucks! I have been waiting for this service call since February and finally got the repair today, 6/20. I kept getting appmts and they were cancelled without notice. This insurance Sears Home Service is horrible. I used to have "Sears Master Protectection Agreement" it was a much better protection plan which you don't offer any longer, unfortunately! Like I said. I was waiting for this repair since February! Unacceptable! But I was still charge a monthly charge! I hope not to need your services again! Don't understand why I pay monthly plus have to pay a deductible at each visit!! I'm hoping not to get charged that did since sauce February I lost a day's salary each time I waited for a mechanic since February!

Thanks to Dwight my washer is working again after it took weeks for my part to arrive. All rhe techs are amazing and he AI scheduling platform is horrible. The fact that I can't schedule or speak to a human is horrific customer service. Ai has limited usage and it's a shame that the Sears Home Service Analyst and Management team don't listen to the consumers. 30 plus year Kenmore customer and I will never buy a product serviced by this Service Warranty Company again. in fact i believe their sole use of Ai for customer service communication is a breach of the service agreement I paid a great deal of money for. The CEO is hiding behind Ai instead of addressing customer service issues
