Charles arrived at the expected time.. He did his work installing the new part in our clothes washer in 15 minutes (!!) and explained to us what he had found. We are delighted to have our clothes washer working again and have caught up with all the clothes washing that had built up quickly. Charles did a wonderful job for us!

The technicians we worked with were great! Unfortunately, the automated system was not. For a reason unknown to me, the automated system kept changing our appointment date because (it said) " the parts would not arrive in time" while I had also received emails saying the parts had shipped and would arrive the day before the originally scheduled appointment, which they did. I was also very frustrating that there was no way to speak with a human being when calling or using the chat function (which was useless as it kept saying I had no appointment scheduled even though I navigated to the chat through the confirmation email I had).
