This is why I call Sears
We've gad the pleasure of working with Neil Pryor twice over the past two years, both times for circuit board issues. Neil is knowledgeable and personable. The most recent experience required some extra attention when a properly labeled replacement part turned out to be improperly packaged from the factory. As a result, Neil was required to return twice in order repair, and we couldn't be happier for the quality of service he provided. Our washer is working now, for the first time in two weeks. I've never been so happy to do laundry. When our second board failed, after a couple of years, we didn't think twice about calling Sears. After this experience, we can say that, if it happens again, I know who to. Our thanks to Neil in making a problem into a enjoyable experience. Mike S.
