Kenmore washer problem
Roy was excellent. He was professional, but friendly and helpful. He answered my questions, gave me suggestions and made me feel very secure in what was needed to fix the problem. I would recommend him highly.

The person working on my machine did a great job. I am giving five stars for his service. As for Sears changing my appointment and making it three weeks later, I give them a zero stars. The new AI for scheduling with Sears is horrible. All of my parts were in two days after my original visit. Instead of keeping my appointment they changed it two times and I ended up not having a washing machine for three weeks. Your AI system is useless and cannot function like a human being.

Mike did a fine job. What was a problem was all the rescheduling that Sears Home Service did following the original visit to see what parts were required. I probably received close to 10-12 email changing the date due to lack of having the proper part yet Sears Home Service state they were an authorized LG Washer and Dryer service dealer and had specialists capable of LG Repair - If so, why the part hassle?

This is the 2nd time we have had Bernard as our service technician and he is great. Professional, knowledgeable & thorough. The techs are great from A&E. Sears lack of personal representatives & using AI ( Samantha) is horrible.
