Our first technician (Michael) misdiagnosed our item's fault codes and ordered the wrong part, forcing us to wait almost 2 weeks for another technician (Willa) to come out to replace the part the first technician (Michael) ordered. It turns out that the first technician (Michael) had misdiagnosed the problem and Willa had to order the correct part, causing us to wait another week. Then, Willa came out and knocked out the repair in short order. Willa was awesome!
