The service was scheduled within 2 days of notifying them I had noticed an issue. He educated me very politely—I did not realise all setting minus the Set Times go off a sensor on the wetness of the clothing tumbling. And with my drum being a good size and I don't do large loads, those cycles can end sooner as the clothes are not 'touching/hitting' the sensor.
