First of all, James is an incredible human. He was kind and personable and knowledgeable. He not only fixed my washer, he explained to me what he was doing throughout the entire process. Teaching me how to better problem solve in the future. He is definitely an asset to his company, and I hope that his company sees the value in him.

Mike C. Was a skilled and knowledgeable technician. My disappointment in the service, was that it took 10 days for anyone to be scheduled to come to my house, and even after having completed all of the pre-appointment questions about the make and model, and a complete description of the problem with the washer, the technician did not have the parts and they had to be ordered and shipped, which added another week 5 days to my wait time.
