The Techs were great except one. The company is a total mess....no one dept knows what the other is doing....one message is different than the next and then different the live person. I literally Tuesday was waiting for my 8-12 appt..which was # 7 appt... and got the text message he wld be here at 2:45 -3:30. So I got ready to leave instead of staying home and my door bell rings and he is at the door.Even tho parts were here the IA text and says because ur parts are not here we have to reschedule you. One parts man dept said my protection agreement did not cover the part so I had to pay cash or he cld not ship it...so I did because I wanted my machine fixed. then they shipped wrong parts... turns out Iam covered and now have to figure out how to get my money back for wrong part. It is an embarrassment to any business to see such confusion and inability to train people and revert to AI which makes it all worse. This is only a small part of the last 30 days trying to get a washing right machine parts here and then a tech at the same time. I have spent probably 8-10 hours on the phone trying to get my appt....and now have to start over trying to get my money back for their error.
