The above technician did an excellent job, my major complaint which will prevent me from using Sears Home services again is scheduling. We were advised that the technician would arrive between 8am and 5pm. We arranged our day planning for the service and the technician did not arrive until after 5pm. This represents a complete dis regard for customer time. A method should be implemented to keep customer updated on the technicians arrival, so that a complete day is not wasted. This shows a complete disregard for your customers
