Xer was here for washing machine diagnostic
Xer was very knowledgeable about our model and make washing machine. We felt complete trust in him to diagnosis why it was leaking at the door. After several tests, it was determined there was no leak anymore and our 20 year old washer was running perfect! We welcome Xer back to our home anytime we need a technician. We had an immediate problem with our LG washing machine which was 18 years old. The Technician was able to come the same afternoon we called to diagnose the problem as a main outer tub bearing and seal going out. He also was able to determine that the needed parts are not made anymore because of the age of the washing machine. The technician was outstanding in his understanding of the problem and then was able to help us determine that we will have to buy a new washing machine in the near future as this one will certainly stop working.
