Though he was not able to fix it, the technician was very helpful and walked my wife through the issues with the washer. Even though it is relatively new, the estimate to repair was greater than the replacement cost. So instead of wasting our money, he suggested a new washer.

Alex did a great job. My washing machine has been a problem since I moved to Maine in November. He was able to diagnose the problem, order the parts, and then come back and replace everything. We had to wait for one part a very long time, but other than that everything went very smoothly. Thanks Team

I want to say Abdul was very professional Excellent in completing the repair of the Kenmore Washer. But I think Sears should bring back the Customer Service Dept in the USA. The staff that handles the call center did not understand the procedures to sending out service It took them a month to get someone to complete and send someone out for service even after I told them I received the parts that they ordered to sent to my address. I was denied several times to speak to a supervisor so I could explain what was going on also my appointments set up for my service was rescheduled and cancel six times without any explanation. But besides this Abdul did a fantastic job completing the service and I want to thank Dave the virtual person for escalating the service so I could get my washer fix & completed.

I called because water would not flow into washer. He very sweetly & diplomatically said the water was turned off at the spegit. He did not make me feel silly. AND he checked out my washer all the way even after identifying the problem- me lol
