Great service from Anthony. Professional, quality guy. My suggestion would be to cut the service time window by half, 4 hours, at least.

Had to wait over a month to find out that the washing machine could not be repaired with three rescheduled appointments that included three 8-5 days in a row of waiting for the technician to come but he never came. This ultimately caused me to lose my job. Finally I had the fourth appointment that was keep and both of the technicians were outstanding that showed up.

Paul was great . He came early and fixed my washer. So I was very happy with the technician. However I was very unhappy that all previous appointments were ignored. That is not Paul's fault. He wondered why it had not been fixed before . He was the technician that diagnosed and had the parts ordered.

I appreciate his quick diagnostics. Too bad LG cant get proper customer service so the technician could have had the parts required to fix my washer at this appointment and not waste my time and his requiring another appointment. It is a simple fix and customer service should have understood it. Since LG outsources their customer care they don't understand anything you say nor could I understand anything they said. We definitely will never purchase another LG and we won't purchase anymore extended warranties. Next washer and dryer will be a speed queen! So yourself a favor and never buy LG
