Mike is very knowledgeable about, not only the repair of appliances, but many other processes around the home. He is very friendly and easy to talk to and takes the time to explain to you what he's doing and why something broke or stopped working so that you understand the solution presented. The technician tracker made it so I could go to work and then leave work and meet him at the house right as he was showing up.

I was not happy with Assurant or sears phone service. It took 6 appointments to get my dryer fixed. And not able to speak with a person. Is bad customer service. Every time I called it asked for information I didn't have what they wanted or that my phone number is incorrect. I wanted someone tell me if the repair man was coming out on several days. Sears then cancelled. And I'm excepted to be ready from 8-5 then to get a message that they are not coming out that day. Your AI system is horrible.

Fast diagnosis of simply issue, only took 5 minutes. Unfortunately did not have the small part needed. Although not his fault, I sent all necessary information serial #, recap of issue prior to service date. John advised he never received it. If he had it I wouldn't have had to wait two more weeks to complete the repair! Very frustrating!

First of all, your customer service SUCKS. I panicked when I was told by your AI that my appointment had passed and I had the choice of rescheduling. Sat here since 8 am waiting and then be told this???? Then God sent Jose. He was fabulous. Friendly, warm and knowledgeable. He immediately set to work and found out the problem of my leaking machine. He was very thorough in checking it out and told me what to do, told me what to watch for and cleaned up after his work. Fabulous tech. But your customer service still SUCKS.
