Technical problem resolved with Washing Machine
He called previously and verified address, and advised the approximate time of arrival. He verified the type of service to be performed. At arrival he was courteous and professional. The service was made in a prompt and professional manner. I appreciated very much his service.

Nice guy but hated to come out on the 4th of July. If Sears would have provided a means to talk to someone, I could have told him the parts were not here. Great tech person but I give Sears and their AI only program a zero.
