Very professional and efficient. Diagnosed my washer with pictures and all in the matter of 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the cost was more than a new washer so I decided not to get it repaired. But thanks to his knowledgeable expertise, I was able to make an informed decision. Would definitely recommend!
