Mansoor was fantastic and very professional! He called in advance to make sure I had the part, which I did not. With this being the third attempt at repairing my LG washer/dryer, THAT type of dedication to duty is greatly appreciated. Whoever handles the delivery of parts to the service address needs to incorporate a better system of contacting the homeowner. On three attempts, I did not receive a call or notification of delivery or attempt of delivery. I never received any package. Mansoor picked the part up himself before arriving to the service call. That is above and beyond the call of duty, and he successfully repaired my washer.

Our service technician provided top tier level service, however I can't say the same for Sears. The 100% Virtual AI customer support model that Sears has gone to can be a nightmare to deal with. There are just times where you need to be able to speak to a live person and an AI bot won't cut it. This was one of those times, literally infuriating at times.
