Michael was dispatched to our home by AHS. Michael arrived at the time he had given to us. When Michael arrived, he was thorough and was able to identified the problem with our washer. He had to reach out to AHS for additional assistance but explain the process to us very well. Happy to have Michael as our tech again!

But, I appreciated the advice and recommendations. Turned out that I had a clogged vent, and I suspected that, but wanted to be sure it wasn't more than that. Luckily the fix was quick and simple, and I had a replacement vent hose from a time before that I bought and hadn't used yet. Thank you!
