We ended up calling sears for repair since we couldn't get LG to send a service technician out after being online in a chat with them for over an hour and a half. Joshua came out, took about an hour from start to finish. Diagnosed the problem which was the pump (what I thought). As our machine is still under manufacturer's warranty he recommended to try to get LG to send the repair tech out since the repair was over $500. Sent a copy of his report to LG and now the service company they are sending us is Sears!!!! I hope we get Joshua again! Highly recommend Sears. Don't recommend LG for customer service or support

Pat is absolutely a top notch technician. Unfortunately he can't be everywhere he is needed at the same time. I think the Sears AI based scheduling is in need of some refinement. The required part arrived two days prior to our original Friday appointment, which was assigned to another technician, was cancelled apparently because other matters were running behind schedule. Our soonest opportunity to reschedule was the following Tuesday. Fortunately Pat was able to complete the repair in a matter of minutes.
