Simon is an excellent technician and has very good people skills. He was thoroughly professional the entire time we were together. My only disappointment is that i have no way to have LG send an email to Sears confirming that they are placing the order for the component because LG will not send the component direct to me the consumer. So it puts me right back in the middle of trying to convince a company to do something that violates their policies. Sears policy doesn't allow me to send an email and LG's policy doesn't allow them to send the authorization to me, it has to go to the technician through an email. So the two policies conflict and leave me struggling to find a solution. So although Simon is a five your policy flexibility is about it two.
