Even though the washing machine ended up needing to be replaced, he and his fellow repairman did what they could. I appreciate the effort they put in to try to get it repaired. My only complaint is with the shipping company who handled the parts. That company broke an essential piece of equipment and never reported the shipment as being delivered. This is no reflection on the work that Glenn and Erik did to try to resolve the issue with the machine.

He was so great. He came when he was as said to get to my house. He was so knowledgeable & fixed my washing machine. I would definitely use this service again. I would hope to have Stephen repair an appliance again in the future. Thank you so much.

When Dennis arrived he quickly assessed the washing machines operation and determined the parts would cost more than replacing the machine. He scheduled a replacement call for 3 days.
