Cesar took the time to diagnose the issue. Had two previous services for this same issue and it still was not resolved. He reviewed the schematic for the washer and was able to determine the real cause. It is fixed and working better than the previous two times it had been serviced.

First off, Ricky, if you happen to being reading this, I sincerely want to thank you for the excellent service you provided to me and my family. From the very beginning, it was clear that we had a professional service technician coming to help us out. He provided us with a phone call 10 minutes prior to arrival and showed up exactly when he said he would. It is also worth mentioning that Richard services a large area, across multiple towns, and I live in an apartment in a small town in the middle of nowhere. He still found us with no problem. Within minutes of arriving, he was able to identify the exact issue I was facing with my washing machine. He was also able to do so quietly enough as not to wake up my wife and child. He took his knowledge of the situation and communicated to me, in terms I could comprehend, what was happening. With a few swipes and taps on his phone, he had ordered the part needed to repair the machine, set a follow up appointment for the soonest possible date, and even provided me with a breakdown of all the money I was saving because I had purchased the warranty. Before I knew it, he was off, and I was able to get back with my morning like nothing had happened. The part arrived the day before the scheduled appointment. Like before, I received a phone call 10 minutes prior to arrival and his timing was precise. Unlike his first visitation, this time there where more persons present in the apartment, as my wife had company over. Despite this, he worked as if he was completely in a world of his own. Within an hour, our washer was back to working like the day we brought it home. From speaking with Richard, you can immediately tell that he is a man of patience, humility, and integrity. Not once did I ever feel like there was a stranger in my home. His professionalism is, without a doubt, among the best you can every experience. In a perfect world, this is what you expect. - J.B.
