Great service
Richard called to give me arrival time. Arrived on time as promised. Although the repair was more costly than a new washing machine. It was opted not to repair but purchase a new machine.

The person working on my machine did a great job. I am giving five stars for his service. As for Sears changing my appointment and making it three weeks later, I give them a zero stars. The new AI for scheduling with Sears is horrible. All of my parts were in two days after my original visit. Instead of keeping my appointment they changed it two times and I ended up not having a washing machine for three weeks. Your AI system is useless and cannot function like a human being.
