Roger is an exceptional employee who comes with a smile on his face every time. He ordered the part, and it finally came to my front door. Yet, in the past it did not. I'm not happy with the warranty I paid for which was more money then what my mom and my son purchased the warranty for. Hopefully, I will not be billed for today's visit. Roger said I shouldn't be billed for this service, since I paid the for the initial consultation to see what was wrong with the machine.
