The only thing I wish is that you could narrow down the time that you would be here. At first, I believe the time was 8:00 AM - 5:00PM, which is a pretty large window right there. And then it got extended twice after that. Luckily, Roger called and was able to come a little bit earlier than anticipated. But that was my only complaint. if people work, there is no reason to take the whole day off.

Julio was very through and provided specific information on what needed repair and why. He is very careful when working in tight space and cleaned up when done. Although we declined repair we would not hesitate to have had him do the repair, but the cost exceeded what a new washer cost.

Don was very polite,the way a good service person should be, unlike the service person ( if you can call John that) we had on Fri 7/25/25. John was very very rude to my wife, grandson and me. Don had the problem fixed within 15 min. and showed me the problem. The other service man and i use that term loosely had put the new part in wrong. Don run a check on the machine to make sure it was working properly before he left. Very good service man,if you had more than 5 stars to rate the service I would give him a 10+
