It was a great experience start to finish - from the scheduled appt, diagnostic and final repair. Paul is a great guy and knows his "stuff".

The process of making the appt was not user friendly. I wanted both washer abd dryer to be repaired however it only gave me a dropdown for 1 appliance so i made note that i also needed to have dryer looked at. Now i have to pay for 2 appt fees. Not happy but luckily Mark was assigned to both appointments. He provided great service!

Five stars This guy knows his stuff had the machines for almost 10 years so many techs come in he is the only who does his job and only one to know his stuff and explains to you throughly. He won't leave till he find what's wrong and test the machine thru out. All and all he is a pleasure to talk too!
