The communication prior to arrival made all the difference. He reached out prior with a series of questions that allowed him to arrive prepared to resolve the issue. He then arrived on time and quickly resolved the issue.

My experience with Kevin was fantastic and I want it to be known that he in no way, reflects the rest of this review. I scheduled this service over 3 weeks ago and it was delayed because we had to wait for the part to be delivered. OK, sure. But then a technician called my wife 2 days before the rescheduled appointment to say he was in the area and wanted to come by now. She stated that wasn't do-able since we weren't home and he said "okay, well we will probably cancel your Friday appointment then" and hung up. This was after he called her 3 times back to back without leaving a voicemail while she was at work. Then having me wait all day for someone to show up between 8am and 5pm is absurd. Also using AI tele-bots for your whole customer service line is insane since all it seems to be able to do is give me a website link or schedule/cancel an appointment. After this interaction I can see why your company is slowly dying. It's bleeding continuously due to poor decisions like these. Do better.
