Stephen did a great job finding the problem, but the part is no longer available for my 18 year old machine. Washer temporarily can be used, but must replace via warranty.

Hands down for Sears tech Mark M. Mark was able to fit in my service repair same day with no problem. I had an appointment booked for Friday, 7/25, 1pm-5pm. Sears dispatch cancelled without notice the night before by email only, no text no phone call. Shame on Sears dispatch. I called Mark M. because he diagnosed my washer issue a week before I had requested him to service my washer. At 1 o'clock I found out I had been cancelled & rescheduled for 7/31. This was not ok, dispatch didn't do anything for me. They kept on passing my call around apologizing with no resolution. Mark showed up within 25 minutes I had all the new parts that had been shipped to me during the week. Within 3 hours my Kenmore front load washer was up and working. Mark is knowledgeable, efficient, very clean and professional. Mark is an AMAZING employee he is a GREAT asset to the company I hope Sears recognizes their amazing hard working people! Mark went above and beyond he made my day!!!
