2nd time Justine came to the house. 1st time 2 months ago he repaired the ignitor on the oven. This time he diagnosed the washing machine and called it correctly. Not worth spending $ to repair, better just buy a new one. He is the best!

Calling in to set up service is awful. The estimated arrival time is bad as well. I never get a call like it says in the message before the tech arrives. Gary is very nice and does a clean job.
