Angel was extremely pleasant when he came to our home. First and foremost, he came prepared with booties and put them over his work shoes so as not to damage the wood floors. Additionally, he was very respectful, polite and professional. He introduced himself, explained what he had to do and walked me through everything he did. He also clearly detailed next steps. Angel in my opinion is an example of what exceptional customer service looks like. Thanks Angel for the visit and your professionalism

Hello!! The sears man was very thorough!! And explained to me that I found out what was wrong with my washing machine and should have gone with my gut and just buy a new one!! How can it cost more to fix than to buy? Very good appliance repair man!!
