My Kenmore washer of 30 years never has had a problem and has never been serviced before and I was afraid that when it went out that was going to be the end of it. I started out googling appliance technicians, and very quickly found out that there's some not so reputable places out there so I reached out to Sears. Although it was very difficult to get an appointment done one phone AI agent, two text spots, two countries, 6 representatives, two humans, several Sears website trips and one supervisor later, I finally got an appointment to repair my washer. To say that it was less than stressful would be an understatement. And then came Ricky. Very knowledgeable, professional and Friendly Service technician to fix my washer liquid split and offered future maintenance advice. I couldn't be happier with the service that I received from Ricky. This man should get a raise because he's clearly an asset for this company. Because of my experience with Ricky, I wouldn't hesitate to call serious again for my appliance repair!
