well I had an appointment for the 24th after waiting they even after the schedule time then they cancel. My appointment was for the 25th now waiting and checking several times for change then at 1:30 pm we see our appointment secluded for 8:00 am time arrival 8:13 am so i call not happy then they say time 4:27pm waiting well at 5:05 finally showed up.

John investigated the problem with our LG washer throughly. We truly appreciate his advice and service with our washer. He also stayed on top of my parts delivery to make sure our washer was back in service as fast as possible. I highly recommend John. If we ever need service on the washer or another appliance I will use Sears service but also specifically ask for John! Wonderful repair man!
