Our assigned Technician arrived within the allotted time slot between 8 - 12. Once on site, a detailed explanation was provided. During the diagnostic test the problem was discovered. Delacey worked diligently to address the issue. He explained was discovered and completed his work in a professional manner. I would request him again should the need asrise.

Jimmy was great. He is knowledgable and respectful. Sears, however, is terrible. This is the 3rd time service for my washer, cooktop and ovens has been scheduled. The first 2 times were canceled by the Sears AI (Artificial Intelligence) on the day of service - after I had taken each day off from work to accommodate the 8-5 "window." This time, only the washer could be fixed because the parts for the other 2 appliances were never ordered EVN THOUGH SEARS CHARGED ME $1300 for PARTS!!! Once these get fixed, I am canceling my membership.
