I was surprised to hear Sears was in business and doing warranty work on Electrolux appliances when a stacked dryer stopped working necessitating using the extended warranty from Electrolux. Todd was the technician who responded and he lived up to what I remember of Sears reliability and attention to details down to the well tended uniform he wore. The work required ordering parts which came within days as did Todd's return visit to satisfactorily finish the job. He was pleasant and professional and a credit to appliance repair techs. We would not hesitate to use Sears again as needed.

Holi let us know he was close. He was pleasant and efficient. He discovered the problem wasn't the washer but the sink next to the washer. How long it has been going on and would have gone without him is scary to think about. We are very grateful he came!
