Derrick was on time, checked for all possible issues and found none. Found out later tenant left clothes in washer for an extended period of time, this caused musky smell n clothes, not malfunction of washer. Derrick was courteous and communicated well the tests he was running. He did a great job in determining nothing was wrong.

Paul met my expectations for the repair today. SEARS let me down with the communication, the lack of urgency, follow-up throughout the process. It took over a month to have my washing machine repaired. I would look to use another vendor.
