Derrick was on time, checked for all possible issues and found none. Found out later tenant left clothes in washer for an extended period of time, this caused musky smell n clothes, not malfunction of washer. Derrick was courteous and communicated well the tests he was running. He did a great job in determining nothing was wrong.

Jestavian is very professional with his appearance, knowledge. He used his knowledge to problems-solving the issue and replace the broken part. Finally, he showed me the faulty part and explained what was wrong with it. Jeastavian picked up, leaving the area the way he found it. Nice job.

Paul met my expectations for the repair today. SEARS let me down with the communication, the lack of urgency, follow-up throughout the process. It took over a month to have my washing machine repaired. I would look to use another vendor.
