Our technician was great, on time and communicative however the AI system that they are using is a joke. I had my services cancelled twice and with no call. The is no one you can speak to since it's all AI and they system doesn't order the parts requested. Notifications stated all parts were received come to find out when Elijah got there he was still missing a part. Really hate the system they are using but the technician himself was nice.

Casey was the perfect service person to repair our washing machine after the first appointment. After being cancelled out of my first appointment without advance notification. I realized sears must of cancelled our appointment when I was given an appointment from 8am to 5 pm and nobody showed up, called, emailed, or text, shame to Sears. Lots of thanks to Casey, knowledgeable and polite.
