Replacement of washer drain hose
I was pleased to have Bill come to look at my washer on Aug 4th to see why it was leaking. He found the problem and ordered a new drain hose. The downside of this was that he is the only Sears service technician. As he was going on vacation I had to wait 2 weeks for him to come back to install new hose. I think if Sears is going to have a repair service they should hire more technicians. What are you going to do when Bill retires. I would like to use Sears in the future if needed but it will be only as a last resort.

Very nice young man. He knew the problem right away, but I opted not to buy an expensive part ( more than an entirely new washer( just for that one part) so I declined the service any more than the diagnosis, and I am opting for a refurbished washer that has two knobs. . No ridiculous computer that will break again over and over again . . I have had it with products that are made to fail . I am out of that game now for good! Thank you for the diagnosis that helps to set me free from the failed product game these companies play with inferior products.

Richard is an extremely skilled and professional repairman. The only issue I had with this repair job was the length of time it took to get the part--two months!!! When AI could not get the part locally, it did not order it online! Your new AI system needs to bounce orders to a real person to order the part that is not available locally! This was a waste of my time of two days waiting for a serviceman who didn't come because the part ordered locally never came to him. Nobody reported that to me or to Sears Home Services.
