Jim arrived promptly at 8 AM, and was very courteous and polite. He took the dryer apart to see what was wrong and found that the blower wheel was covered in waste matter, He removed that and made sure the wheel was working correctly then he reassembled the dryer. I asked him if my dryer door was interchangeable and would it be able to be turned to open the other direction and he said yes. So, he turned the door over and fixed that as well. What a blessing for me. Anyway his work ethic is definitely a 5 stars. Thank you for sending such a great technician.

The drain pump went out on my washer so I called for service. Clay came out and confirmed a new drain pump needed to get installed. He took care of that installation and also showed great concern not to get any water on the floor. Water did come out during the repair and Clay took the time to ensure it was all cleaned up. He was very friendly, conscientious and did an excellent job with this needed repair. Thank you Clay!

Best Customer Service We've had in a long time. Michael was polite, professional and most important very knowledgeable. We spoke on the phone I explained what the problem was and he immediately told me what the problem was. When he came to fix the washer, he verified again what the problem, my husband talked with him this time and in a short amount of time he had the washer working again. Also I'd like to point out he didn't just show up, work on the machine, say it was all good and leave . He took his time to verify, confirm, explain what the problem was, then he fixed the problem and took them time once again to explain to both me and my husband what the problem was and what he did to fix it. Honestly THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. We hope if we have a problem in the future, (seriously hope we don't.... don't like being with out a washer or dryer) any way we hope Michael is our Service Technician.
