Kenmore Washing Machine Service
Hung N. diagnosed the problem based on our description of the symptoms: slow tub filling, improper spray pattern and unusual sounds. He immediately deduced that the water inlet filters must be plugged and he was correct. He removed the filters and cleaned them and the machine was restored to excellent working order.

The technician was great. Pleasant and efficient. The appointment setup isn't great. Text and email gave a link to track service persons time so I eould know when between 8 to 5 they would show up. The link didn't work. Said page 404 not found. When I used the chat it couldn't find my service appointment by either of my 2 phone numbers. There is no number to talk to a real person. After technician called me and said she'd be there in 45 minutes I got a text telling me she was on her way

Brendan not only checked our washer per the maintenance agreement but provided us with useful information on care and possible future minor repairs. He also mentioned that if/when the time comes to replace the appliance, the features/brands to look for that will provide us with lasting use. He was very courteous and professional.
