My washing machine would not drain and I could not open the the door. Bob immediately knew what was causing the problem but to resolve it, required him taking the front top and back of the machine off so that he could get to the parts that were causing the problem. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the machine and what it would take to get the job done quickly. I had gone to the Sears website just this morning and set up the appointment for this afternoon. About 10 o'clock this morning. I received a phone call from Bob who said he would be able to come early and he arrived at about 11 AM and was gone by 12:30. Pretty amazing and very impressive

He was friendly and knowledgeable. A little stressed because the person who came to diagnose the issue and ordered the parts should have put it in as a two person job. He had a difficult time trying to hold the washer drum while trying to install parts. Also, he does not feel that the machine was diagnosed properly. And that the machine will work any better after this repair.
