From start to finish, Roberto was kmvery knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my machine and was able to fix it once the parts came in. Not only was he efficient, but he also took the time to explain everything he was doing and going to do. On top of that, he was incredibly friendly and even took a moment to chat with my son, which was a nice touch. It's not everyday you find someone that combines skills with a pleasant attitude!

Jody came opened the washer and checked everything out. We had a screeching noise when the spin cycle was running. He checked everything and said it was in great condition. Not sure was was wrong but it is quite now!!!
